Mary Bleckwehl drew on her teacher and parent experience to create her first two picture books, Henry! you're late AGAIN!  a tale of an imaginative boy who comes up against the "big bad wolf" school secretary every morning he's late, and Henry! you’re Hungry AGAIN? which features Henry’s dilemma over junk food. Her newest book, Claire's Hair, is due out in December. Mary enjoys telling relatable stories in the unique voice of little people to showcase their humor and innocence.  She is available for school author visits, young writer conferences and most anything to do with kids and books!
