What happens when our library collections and resources reflect and honor the lives of all young people? What are we doing as a community to create safe, welcoming environments where all young people can see themselves in the pages of a book? Educators for all ages should join us for LGBTQ 101, an interactive session with presenters from the Outfront MN Youth and Schools Program, providing education on sexuality and gender terminology and more. Participants will also receive a toolbox of resources to use for collection development, equity, and advocacy.
