Educators in all roles and content areas are called upon to teach literacy. Just like we are all exploring methods for students to engage passionately in their learning. Gamify Literacy, an ISTE publication, is a collection of chapters by educators on their own journeys towards gamification of literacy. This presentation will share the concepts and suggestions of the book. Then we will discuss the role of library/media in this process as well as the potential to gamify that content.
